Working with local authorities to deliver best value solutions
Since 2004 we have been developing a state of the art browser-based reporting platform called DART for use in departments and across organisations. Now, working in partnership with local authorities, our platform is being used to develop specific reporting solutions tailored to meet the needs of the modern day public sector.
DART-Platform
The DART platform is the starting point for all our solutions. It provides a rich integrated-reporting, analysis and publication environment which we use to integrate local authority systems and build reports and dashboards to satisfy customer requirements.

DART offers many benefits to a local authority on its own, including the provision of a single point of service for staff and management bringing efficiency improvements in report production and delivery, and cost savings in terms of both training and deployment. Several authorities are adopting DART as their corporate-wide reporting solution and are actively developing their own solutions using the platform.

Our packaged solutions are typically the culmination of several successful implementations at local authorities. We find we learn a huge amount from engaging with different customers and actively encourage cross-pollination of ideas by discussing solutions implemented at other sites.
